*update* I was able to donate $602.52 (split evenly between NAACP & Ethel's Club). Thank you so much for your orders, together we can make a real difference! Let's continue to learn, grow and be better together!

I will be donating 10% of all sales in June 2020 to the following organizations:

Ethel’s Club

NAACP - Portland Oregon Branch

Ethel’s Club is a community designed for intention, healing, and creation. “At Ethel’s Club, we see our members as unique individuals that deserve care, celebration, and healing. When we’re given the tools to thrive as individuals, we create new worlds when we come together as a community.” Learn more about Ethel’s Club here.

The vision of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People is to ensure a society in which all individuals have equal rights without discrimination based on race. Learn more about NAACP here.

I wish so deeply that I had more to give right now and my hope is that someday I will! I also recognize that this will never be enough, but I have to start somewhere and I have to do something because Black Lives Matter!

My heart is aching for any individual who is experiencing discrimination based on their skin color. I believe wholeheartedly that everyone was created equally. We all need to start acting like it and standing up for our neighbors. I know that I will never be able to fully understand, however I stand with you, support you and promise to continue listening, learning and growing.

Silence is not an option for me anymore when it comes to standing up for what is right. I always fear how people will react to what I have to say, so I usually don’t say anything at all. I’m disappointed + embarrassed that I’m just now learning how to use my voice. I've made mistakes and have a lot of work to do. I’m digging deeper to work on myself so I can fully show up for others in the best way. By sharing where I stand I hope that it encourages you to use your voice and always stand up for what you believe in, not just when it's convenient or comfortable. Your voice matters and it is needed!

I promise to make an effort to be a safe + inclusive space for all. I promise to be open to suggestions and conversations on how I can better serve you. I will listen, learn and grow. I promise to continue spreading love, light and kindness through jewelry!

By supporting my small business, now and for all the days to come, you are also contributing to social justice + human rights + mental wellness.

Stay tuned to learn about the organization I’m planning on giving to indefinitely starting July.

So much love for you friends

XO, Amanda Michelle
