MADE TO ORDER:
1-2 Weeks Production Time
Please allow this time for your jewelry to be handmade before it is shipped out to you. Production Time does not include Shipping Time.

READY TO SHIP:
Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days
Please allow this time for your jewelry to be polished and packaged carefully, by hand. Processing Time 

does not include Shipping Time.

*If you place an order that contains both "Ready to Ship" & "Made to Order" items your order will be shipped out once all of your jewelry is ready. Please contact me if you'd like your 'Ready to Ship' items to ship out separately. 

SHIPPING TIME: First Class typically take 3-5 business days and Priority Shipping takes 1-3 business days. International Shipping takes 7-21 business days. 

PRIORITY MAIL vs. FIRST CLASS MAIL: Priority Mail is insured - if your package is lost you are able to file a claim for lost, damaged or missing goods. First Class Mail is not insured - if your package gets lost in the mail you won't be able to file a claim or be compensated for missing goods. Tracking information is provided for both shipping methods.
